Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The return of any merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Harling’s Jewellers. Harling’s Jewellers reserves the right to charge a 35% re-stocking fee for accepted returns or exchanges. Special orders or custom-made merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange due to the specific tastes and designs of these types of items.
