Do I need an appointment to visit Harling's Jewellers?

While walk-ins are always welcome Tuesday through Friday, we recommend booking an appointment if you're shopping for an engagement ring, wedding bands, or a custom jewellery consultation. An appointment ensures one of our jewellery specialists can dedicate their time to helping you explore your options and answer all of your questions. Our showroom is also open by appointment on Mondays and Saturdays for a more personalized experience.

 

Do you offer custom engagement rings?

Yes. Our experienced team specializes in creating custom engagement rings that are designed around your vision. Whether you have inspiration photos, a family heirloom you'd like to redesign, or you're starting with a loose diamond, we'll guide you through every step of the process from selecting the perfect stone to creating a finished piece that is uniquely yours.

 

Do you sell both natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. Harling's Jewellers proudly offers both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Our diamond specialists will explain the differences between each option, including appearance, value, durability, and pricing, so you can choose the diamond that's right for your style and budget. Every diamond we recommend is carefully selected for its beauty and quality.

 

Can I bring in my own diamond or gemstone?

Absolutely. If you already own a diamond or coloured gemstone, we'd be happy to discuss creating a custom piece around it. Our team will inspect your stone and recommend the best setting options to ensure it is both beautiful and secure.

Can you resize my ring?

In most cases, yes. Our expert goldsmiths can resize many engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery rings. Some designs, including eternity bands and certain designer styles, may have limitations, so we'll assess your ring and recommend the best solution.

 

How long does a custom engagement ring take?

Every custom project is unique, but most custom engagement rings are completed within several weeks from design approval. The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, the materials selected, and the availability of your chosen diamond or gemstones. Our team will provide an estimated completion date before your project begins.

 

Do you buy jewellery or diamonds?

Are your diamonds certified?
