Lifetime Engagement Ring Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty with every diamond engagement ring purchased from Harling’s Jewelers. If there is ever a problem with your ring, simply return it to our store in Vancouver for inspection. In the case of a manufacturer defect, we’ll perform the repair completely free of charge. If the issue results from normal wear and tear, you will only be charged for the actual cost of repair materials, but not for our time and attention. Please contact Harling’s customer service team prior to returning any merchandise for inspection.
Please note that the center diamond in any engagement ring is not included in our engagement ring warranty. Although diamonds are the hardest substance on earth, it is still possible to break or chip a diamond if struck with enough force at the right angle. We strongly recommend that you purchase an insurance policy that covers loss/breakage to the center diamond, as well as loss or theft of the ring as a whole. Many clients choose to have their engagement rings appraised and scheduled on their insurance policies. An independent appraisal can easily be arranged by Harling’s Jewellers by contacting our customer service team.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return you order for a refund or exchange. Refunds are eligible up to 15 calendar days after the purchase, 30 calendar days for exchanges. Please note that refunds and exchanges apply only to pieces we carry in stock. All special orders and custom-made merchandise are final sale. Returned or exchanged products must not show signs of wear and must be returned with the original box and/or packaging. The return of any merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Harling’s Jewellers. Harling’s Jewellers reserves the right to charge a 35% re-stocking fee for accepted returns or exchanges.
How To Prepare A Return
To return your item for repair or refund, please contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning any merchandise to the store. Our service representatives will provide step-by-step instructions on how to process your return quickly and easily. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note: a 35% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
No processing fees are applied by Harling’s, some credit card companies may charge a fee in accordiance with their merchant agreement policy and this fee may be leveied by the card provider. Harling’s Jewellery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or customs returned shipments. Return shipment without the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted
Harling’s Jewellery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and PayPal. Orders and purchases can only be confirmed once payment has been processed and accepted.
