The Harling's Guarantee
1. Workmanship Guarantee
For twelve months from the date of purchase, Harling's guarantees the mounting for your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby or emerald against all defects in material or workmanship. Harling's will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.
2. Manufacturing Guarantee
Free replacement of your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby, or emerald for a lifetime if it is lost from its original mounting during normal wear, and, if the loss is the result of a manufacturing defect. To ensure this protection, and for the Guarantee to remain valid, Harling's Jewellers will be glad to check and inspect your jewellery every 6 months, and have it repaired by one of our representatives if necessary. All we require is that you bring in your original invoice along with your jewellery so we can make sure your jewellery is kept in excellent condition. Remember, in order for the Guarantee to remain valid, Harling's Jewellers requires the original invoice be signed when you bring your jewellery in every 6 months to be cleaned and inspected.
In addition to cash or cheque, Harling's Jewellers accepts Visa, Master Card and debit card payment.
All of our products are shipped using Fed Ex and are fully insured.
In addition to our workmanship quality assurance guarantee, Harling's honours all manufacturer warranties. If you experience a problem of any sort simply return your jewellery to the showroom where it was purchased and let us take care of the problem for you.
In the event that one of our jewellery pieces does not live up to your reasonable expectations or is damaged through normal use we invite you to return it to our showroom for evaluation. Whether the item requires repair or replacement we will work with you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
